CAD/CAM for Mechanical Engineers

First edition of this book has been written in an easy style and a simple manner so that students can grasp the topics easily. Dr. Rajkumar.E is an Academician, Researcher, and Author working as an Associate professor in the School of Mechanical Engineering, VIT. He did his Ph.D. from VIT, India, and Master Degree from Anna University. He received Best Faculty Award from The American College, Dubai, 2019. He got Best paper Award at the international conference ICDAMS 2016, Saveetha University. He has authored a Textbook of CAD/CAM published by Adhyayan Publisher, New Delhi. He is the reviewer and editorial member of several reputed journals. He is the Student activity co-chair of ASHRAE. He has published over 70 peer-reviewed journal, more than 25 International conference papers and filed five Indian patents. He has coordinated Industry-Academia conclave at VIT, 2019. He has convened the International conference on Design Automation and control (ICDAC 2020). He received much research Awards (2010 to 2018) from VIT. He has delivered number of keynote address for the reputed Institutions. He has guided over25 post graduate, 50 undergraduate students and Ph.D. scholars. He is the life member of Indian society for Technical Education and IET.

Dr. T. Narendiranath Babu is an Associate Professor at the Design and Automation department in the School of Mechanical Engineering, VIT, Vellore. He is much interested in machine design as well as management subjects. He has published 60 papers in the journals and received best paper awards at the national and international conferences. His research interests are Composite materials; Vibration analysis; FRP (Fiber-reinforced plastic). He is currently working on the mechanical behavior of Graphene composites and neural networks.
