Complex Regional Pain Syndrome II (CRPS) in Plastic Surgery – Cases Report

Complications in plastic surgery are going to be, nothing is exempt, but how to treat them are one of the most important things that we need to know, one of that things are, that during a local surgery, we can expect that we can treat them easily, the patient won´t have pain, but, at the after hours, we can expect this pathology, as we can understand.
To teach other readers, that local anesthesia is perfect for the patient, but I not extent another complication, local.

During the residency, we do many things with local anesthesia, but if something happen in the less grade of this pathology, if the patients doesn’t ask to us, we won´t know about it, so even the wound would be small, we have to study all complications, and things about it, to get a full recuperation of the patient.

To be a plastic surgeon resident is something that is not so easy to become, but when you get there, you realize that doing surgery is not the only thing that you need to know, not everything is perfect, you have to work and deal with complications, from a stitch to systemic, and functional problems, that one of the reasons that I can show and publish complications, that can be treated, known and learned from me, to teach others with papers.
