Design and Implementation of an Online Tertiary Institution Web-Based Student Complaint Management System

There are various ways to file complaints because student unhappiness is increasing quickly. The computerization of filing and retrieving complaints is the main topic of this study.
The author developed extensive web-based software for managing student complaints that is both user-friendly and very effective in achieving the research objectives.
There is also a brief user manual available. The final product of this research is a user-friendly and highly effective web-based tool for managing student complaints that also meets the project’s goals.

Dr. Khaled Mofawiz Alfawaz

He has obtained his Ph.D. from Brunel Business School, Brunel University, UK, in 2012. Currently, he works as an Associate Professor in the Management Information Systems Department, Faculty of Economics and Administration, King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In April 2018 he was appointed as the Head of the Research and Development Center within the same Faculty. Formerly, he served as the Vice Dean of the English Language Institute at King Abdulaziz University. He has been a member of several committees including the committee of Curriculum Graduate Curriculum and the Committee of Undergraduate Curriculum and has previously chaired the Committee of Books in Management Information Systems Department. He was the Supervisor General for Quality Management at KAU and also of the Academic Accreditation Administration at the same University.

Revd. Canon Overcomer Anusiuba Ph.D.

He was born into the Royal family of Ezeigbo Anumanu Kingdom of Anusiuba Okeke-Dunumba Ezeifekaibeya clan of Ogbe Umuezopi-Oraifite in Ekwusigo Local Government Area of Anambra State Nigeria. He is the son of Chief and Lolo Anusiuba Okwumuo. He is a Priest and a Clergyman of the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion, Diocese of Nnewi and a Canon of the Cathedral Church of St Mary’s Uruagu Nnewi.
He is a New Testament Biblical scholar of SOON Bible Institute England and a first-class graduate of Trinity Theological College Umuahia, Abia State. Revd. Canon Dr. Overcomer is a Consultant System Analyst, a graduate of Computer Science from the prestigious Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, where he obtained his higher degree Masters in Computer Science, Masters in Educational Administration Planning and Management and Masters in Science Education (Computer Science Option).
He has his doctorate degree in Data Communication and Network, his research interest is in Visible Light Communication. He is a lecturer at the Computer Science Department, Faculty of Physical Science Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka. He is the founder of Paragon Youth International, a Non-Governmental Organization for Youth, less privileged and widow’s empowerment.

Dr. Prashant Mani

He is currently working as a Principal and Associate Professor at Government Engineering College, Aurangabad, Bihar. He received his Ph.D. in the year 2016 from SRM University, Chennai. His area of research is Semiconductor Device Modeling, Nano-Scale Devices, and Nanoelectronics. He has published four patents and more than 50 research articles indexed in SCI/SCOPUS Journals. He is also a member of various scientific journals and committees.

Dr. N. Bharathiraja

He is currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering with Artificial Intelligence at Chitkara University, Punjab, India. He gained his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering, from Anna University Chennai, India (2019), and a master’s degree in Software Engineering from Anna University Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India (2010). His employment that more than 12 years of teaching experience and He has presented more than 10 papers at National/International Conferences and published more than 20 Research Papers in reputed International Journals including collaboration with foreign experts. He has guided many undergraduate students in completing their projects. His special fields of interest include Data Structures, Service Oriented Architecture, Sensor Networks, and Data Sciences with Python.
