Prof. (Dr.) Pankaj Kumar Tyagi is an accomplished academician, researcher, and consultant. He is an alumnus of the Centre for Mountain Tourism and hospitality studies, Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal Central University, India and Kurukshetra University, India, He has more than 19 years of experience in the industry, academics, training & consultancy and expertise in the travel process and disruptive technologies. Dr Pankaj has published more than 25 research papers in international journals indexed in the quality database along with scores of research papers in international conferences, book chapters and editor of four books. He is a reviewer for many international journals in tourism, management, and technology. His area of specialization includes travel agency business, travel technologies, Service marketing and adventure tourism etc. He has successfully organized international conferences and entrepreneur summits in tourism and hospitality. He is the recipient of the International Academic Excellence Award 2020-21 from the International Institute of organised Research, India.

Dr. Malini Singh

Dr. Malini Singh is an Educator, Author, and Researcher. She is a knowledgeable, caring, engaging, and enthusiastic faculty. She has distinguished herself in multiple areas of academia, including teaching, research, and service. She has guided many scholars for Ph.D. in Hospitality and Tourism, aiming to work towards quality research to benefit industry, academia, and society. She strives to help students develop intellectually and in all aspects of life. Dr. Malini has taught numerous courses in the Department of Hospitality and excelled in lab and lecture settings. She is strongly committed to influence, inspire, and motivate university students to become transformative Hoteliers through realistic, case-based, simulation learning experiences. With Doctorate in Hospitality and Tourism Dr Malini Singh has more than 22 years of vast experience in industry and academia. She started her career with Taj Group of Hotels and later shifted to academics.

Ms. Priyanka Tyagi is a Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council (India) Certified Master Trainer & Assessor. She is also associated as Lead Assessor and Trainer with Management & Entrepreneurship and Professional Skill Council (India). She has earned Master of Tourism Administration degree from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal Central University, India, Master of Business Administration Degree from Maharishi Dayanand University,India and M.Phil from Madurai Kamaraj University, India. She has 14 years of experience in the industry, academics & skill-based vocational training. Ms Priyanka has published many research papers in international peer-reviewed journals. She has expertise in product development, resources management, human resources practise and cultural tourism.
Dr. Kunal Raheja is working Amity University, Noida in the position of Assistant Professor-II for Amity School of Hospitality, Noida. He has more than 9 years of experience. During his experience, he has worked with the hotel industry in India and United Kingdom. He has taught in various renowned Universities during his tenure.
