Dr. Jeyasinghraj Dr. Jeyasinghraj, I is an alumnus of, School of Management Studies, Vels Institute of Science, Technology, and Advanced Studies, Chennai, India. He holds a bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, a master’s in Operation Management, and a doctorate in Total Quality Management. He has Industrial working experience of about twenty-three years in which 15 years in the Automobile Industry and 8 years in the Renewable Industry. He is working in the areas of Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Business Excellence. He is a certified ISO internal auditor, certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and certified Lean Practioner. He has published 2 papers, attended 5 seminars, and 4 webinars at the national and international level. His research interests are in the areas of Total quality management, Organizational Culture, and Renewable industry. Dr. G. Rajini Dr. G. Rajini, MBA, Ph.D. is a Professor of Management Studies and Director- of MoUs, at Vels Institute of Science Technology and Advanced Studies, Chennai, India with academic experience of 20 years and Industrial Experience of around five years, specialised in Strategic Human Resource Management from Vellore Institute of Technology. Dr.Rajini is the Principal Investigator for the National Science and Technology Management Information Systems Project, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, She is Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from MSME-TDC, GoI also TUV Certified PoSH Trainer, and hypnotherapist. Dr. G. Rajini has authored 8 Books and Published 88 papers in International, National, and Edited volumes of Books indexed in Scopus, Dr. G. Rajini Elsevier, Web of Science, and Google Scholar & by reputed publishers like Sage, Inderscience, IGI, etc. She has two patents granted from Australia and one Patent published in India. She has produced 9 Ph.D s. and currently 8 doctoral scholars are working under her supervision. Dr. G. Rajini has been bestowed with eleven awards and recognition at National and International Conferences. Presented nearly 60 papers in countries like India, Malaysia, Uzbekistan, Bangladesh (Invited Guest presenter), and Silence in addition to participating in the Global Immersion programs at Singapore and Malaysia (UTP). Dr. G. Rajini is an Editorial board member and reviewer of seven journals, Occupied as a Chairperson in 9 International Conferences and 8 National levels Executive meetings and conferences.
