2. Physical Book Delivery: For physical books, Shineeks.com aims to deliver orders within 7 to 30 days, depending on the customer’s location and the chosen shipping method. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays or customs processes.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
E-Book Refunds: All e-book purchases made on Shineeks.com are non-refundable. Once the e-book has been delivered, no refunds will be provided.
Physical Book Cancellation and Refunds:
a) Cancellation within 24 Hours: Customers can request a cancellation and receive a full refund for physical book orders if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of placing the order. The refund will be processed using the original payment method.
b) Cancellation after 24 Hours and within 15 Days: If a customer cancels their physical book order after 24 hours but within 15 days of placing the order, a refund will be provided after deducting any applicable shipping and handling charges, as well as gateway charges.
c) Payment for Services: Payments made for services such as book publishing, designing, and marketing are non-refundable. Once the service has been rendered or initiated, refunds will not be provided.
