Presently working as Professor & HOD Management in the esteemed Institution, Lyallpur Khalsa College Technical Campus, Jalandhar, since July, 15^th 2010. Owes the credit for more than 25 Books published in the field of Commerce and Management, Bio-Technology & Research. Owner of Commerce Centre w.e.f  1999  till now.

More than 60 research papers were presented at National & International Conferences and 50 papers were published in National & International Journals including Scopus Indexed Journals. Experience of 19 years in Teaching.Gold Medalist in M.Phil & Awarded “Exemplary Educationist Award” by Indo Global Chamber of Commerce, Industry Trade & Agriculture & “Best Faculty Award” by Indian Society of  Technical Education(ISTE) for academic excellence, Outstanding Educator Award from I2OR Australia and Distinguished Educator Award from Green Thinkers Research Organization. Acted as Chair Person, Key Note Speaker & Resource person in International & National Workshops & Seminars. Guest Editor of ABDC Journal Empirical Economic Letters, Member International Journal of Communication and Media Studies (IJCMS). Conducted Guest lectures on Security Markets, Case Study Analysis, Research Methodology & Motivation across India in No of Institutes, Visiting Faculty cum Research Supervisor for the Doctoral Degree at OPJS University, Churu. & Research Supervisor at IKG-PTU University. Guided 5 students of M.Phil.&  7 students of Ph.D. and presently guiding 7 students of Ph.D.
