Hemophilia is a congenital recessive bleeding disorder due to factor VIII (hemophilia A) and factor IX (hemophilia B) deficiency. Hand manifestations are infrequent; therefore, they are not reported in literature. The hand manifestations in patients with hemophilia are multiple and require health personnel trained. A high level of clinical suspicion is required, early identification of pathologies in hand and to establish an early and adequate treatment avoiding the development of complications. |
